The Richard and Jeannette Parkinson Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Michael Parkinson, MS ’98, MBA ’01, created this scholarship in 2006 to honor his parents, Richard and Jeannette Parkinson. Mrs. Jeannette Parkinson was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and was a nurse for many years at St. Anthony Hospital. Mr. Richard Parkinson was born and raised on Long Island, New York. This scholarship will be awarded to students pursuing a nursing degree within Marymount’s Malek School of Nursing Professions who maintain a minimum 3.0 G.P.A., and have financial need. Preference will be given to students from a high school in the St. Louis, Missouri or Long Island, New York geographic areas.
