Lt. Gen. Elmer Rogers and Lt. Col. Wilma Hague (Rogers) Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2011 in memory of Lt. General Elmer Rogers and Lt. Col. Wilma Hague (Rogers) by Ms. Kazuko Bach. With this scholarship Ms. Bach hopes to keep their memory alive. The recipient of this scholarship will be an undergraduate student in the School of Education. (If there are no students in the School of Education who meet these criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to a student majoring in the Arts or Sciences)

• Offspring of a veteran or is a veteran himself/herself
• Need based (as determined by Financial Aid office);
• Must maintains a 3.2 average GPA; more than one scholarship may be granted depending upon the available funds;
